We have a 14-day return policy on regular priced items, please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Sale items with a discount of 20% or greater are all final sale. 

We understand some things may not work out the way you hoped. We always try our best to accommodate an exchange for size or style. Please make sure you follow the below guidelines, so your return or exchange can be accepted, and you can get something you love in it’s place! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. Also, it must be free of smells (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc), so please take care when you try your item on. If possible, please provide your order number when contacting us about a return. If you do not have it, we can look it up by your name.

To start a return, you can contact us at Please indicate if you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, or a store credit. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. You will simply print it out and adhere it to the front of the package to send back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right for you immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment or issued a gift card, depending on your specified preference. The credit will be the entire amount of purchase, less original shipping (when applicable), and less the cost of return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
